DELIVERY TERMS

Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

DELIVERY AREAS

Work Wear Mallusk delivers to UK & Ireland as standard and also offers worldwide delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS OPTIONS

We will be unable to change from a residential delivery address to a business delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION

It is essential that a contact number is provided as occasionally our couriers will need to contact you. A mobile or work number is preferable in this instance.

DELIVERY TIMES

For the UK and Ireland we deliver 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and midnight Sunday (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 4 working days. A business address is often preferable as a signature is required on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver they will take your order back and then attempt to deliver once more on a different day before returning the item to our warehouse. If you do not receive your item in the required time please notify our customer service team enquiry@workwearmallusk.co.uk.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Any orders over £50.00 delivered in the UK and Ireland will be FREE of charge.

All remaining orders will be charged at the courier’s rate. 

We may change these Terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
